14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@sukoongarments.com to initiate your return.
Return shipments must be sent to the address provided after your return request is approved (the return address will be shared during the process).

Return Approval & Shipping Label
Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
